10 years after Dragonball Z has brought many changes. Gohan and Videl has a daughter name Pan. Gohan, Goten, Trunks are living in a big city.
Lord Pilaf has collected all 7 Ultimate Dragonballs when he sees Goku. Pilaf is outraged and believes that Goku was there to spoil his plans once again. Talking to himself, he wishes that Goku was little again so he could beat Goku easily. The Dragon of the 7 Ultimate Dragonballs hears this and his wish was granted. Then the Dragonballs scatter across the universe.
Goku, now a little boy, meets Dende and Mr. Popo and explains that he is really Goku. King Kai then says that the only way to reverse this is to collect the Ultimate Dragonballs. He also adds that whenever a wish is made, the Dragonballs will destroy the planet the wish was made on unless the Dragonballs are collected before a year has elapsed.
Goku goes home to tell the Z fighters and they begin fixing up a space ship that Bulma had made. Vegeta knows of 2 saiya-jins that have been slacking off lately and forces Goten and Trunks to come along with Goku. Goten was talking to his girlfriend when Pan sneaks on board and pushes the "lift off" button before Trunks and Goku could stop her. Thus begins the search for the Ultimate Dragonballs.
Bebi is an evil creature that has traveled to Earth to implant eggs in the bodies of humans so they could become his slaves. He already successfully implanted an egg in Trunks while still in space. Goku could not beat him because he could not do all the techniques he learned as an adult. So Goku goes into training to help him stay at SSJ3 longer than he could.
Back on Earth, Bebi has taken over Goten and Gohan's body, and begins searching for Vegeta. The two meet and they talk for a while, then they proceed to fight. During the fight, Goten attacks Vegeta, giving Bebi an opportunity to take over Vegeta's body.
Meanwhile, Goku has found the last Dragonball. They then leave for Earth to return the Dragonballs to Dende, only to find out that Dende was too being possessed by Bebi. They leave to find the others, but were attacked by their friends. Goku then realizes that everyone had been possessed by Bebi when he sees Vegeta Bebi. The two begin to fight, but in the end Goku lost, almost losing his life.
Vegeta Bebi then wishes for a new Planet Vegeta right next to Earth. Later, Goku was angry that he couldn't defeat Bebi or Vegeta Bebi and that caused him to turn into a Golden Oozaru. Goku went crazy and began destroying the new Planet Vegeta and beating up on Vegeta Bebi. Then Goku transforms into super saiya-jin level 4 when Goku proceeds to fight Vegeta Bebi again. This time Goku was winning, but this suddenly changed when Vegeta Bebi turns into a Golden Oozaru with the help of the possessed Bulma. Goku loses and decides to take on Bebi, whom has destroyed a few cities during this time.
Goku begins fighting Bebi and they knock eachother out. The Chou-sui water has been collected and whoever drinks it will be turned back to normal. Trunks and Goten are turned back when Vegeta Bebi and Goku begin to fight once again. This time Goku doesn't have any power left, but Vegeta Bebi gets a massive stomachache, caused by Ubuu, and Goku now has time to re-energize and begins to fight Vegeta Bebi. Bebi then leaves Vegeta's body when Goku uses his Kame Hame Ha to destroy Bebi. Chou sui water is passed around and everybody is back to normal.
Finally it was time for the Earth to blow up, and Piccolo tells Gohan that he has grown up very well and that he will blow up along with the Earth. The Earth explodes but is restored with the Dragonballs.
